Iv`e noticed that images posted here tend to very large sometimes.

Did a quick search of the forum and didn`t find anything.

So, here`s a tutorial on how to do it using free software, Iv`e picked Irfanview as its a very nice picture viewer which I use to view all my images.

You can also do do this with other free software such as, Gimp etc, but using Irfranview is really easy and fast and can also do batch resizing.

Microsoft Office Picture Manager can also be used to crop images and resize them and do autocolor correction.
Cutting down to ~800 x 600 works pretty well.
