I found an old Alcatel OT 311 phone somewhere that doesn't work. So I looked inside and found an LCD screen with this written on it:
230239-8 2JF062B
It has 18 pins and looks like this:

THe pinout should be like this:
pin1 _RESET
pin2 _CS pin2 _CS
pin3 A0 pin3 A0
pin4 SI Pin4 SI
pin5 SCL Pin5 SCL
pin6 Vdd pin6 Vdd
pin7 Gnd pin7 Gnd
pin8 Vout Pin8 Vout
pin9 Nc pin9 Nc
pin10 Gnd pin10 Gnd
pin11 Vr pin11 Vr
pin12 V0 pin12 V0
pin13 Cap2+ pin13 Cap2 +
pin14 Cap2- pin14-Cap2
pin15 Cap4+ pin15 Cap4 +
pin16 Cap1+ pin16 Cap1 +
pin17 Cap1- Cap1-pin17
pin18 Cap3+ pin18 Cap3 +

And the controller should be Epson S1D15000. Is it possible to get this to work with Arduino?

Not sure what the cap(no)+ stuff is but the rest seems pretty obvious  ;D

At least you have found a datsheet. I would have thought that it would be possible to use it but it will not be easy unless it is using a common driver chip type. I presume it is a graphical, any idea of the res?

Try and find a datasheet so you can figure out what driver chip it is using. Then you will know if you have a chance in hell of getting it working.  smiley-wink

It is graphical yes. I don't know what is the resolution and the phone won't turn on for some reason. As for the information - I can't find anything other than that. That is all I found and even that was in Russian smiley .

Hmm, well unless you can find a datasheet I think you are going to lose this battle  smiley-razz

The controller is this:
Epson SED15B1

And here is the link to the datasheet:
http://www.datasheetdir.com/S1D10605+LCD-Drivers-Controllers
(I think that it is the last chapter in that pdf)

Those cap pins should be:
Boosting capacitor pin
