Hello!
I like the description of this forum: "... all sorts of unrelated topics ..." ! Here is one: can someone suggest to me good websites for researching (costumes, origin, etc.) Bollywood dance, African dance and Hip Hop dance?

define good? what are you looking for? The more specific your question the more specific the answers ....

Bollywood is big ... bigger than Hollywood.

A good place to start if you don't know is wikipedia  (maybe there is even an India version)

google - history of costumes of bollywood movies - and you will get some relevant hits ...

More specifics: Origins / Purpose, Costumes / Cultural Wear, different features of each dance. I only have 2 weeks before it is due (from 2012/05/10). Yes, I tried to search on Google. Most of the are YouTube videos. I am looking for text. Thanks for actually answering!

I'm from India and have been watching these movies basically from 90's as they were truly indian as they used to address INDIAN problems to much extend and HERO's tried to eliminate them.

I will guide you to have a watch on 1975 super hit movie :"SHOLAY" the songs are pretty good plus the actors feature traditional costumes and good old INDIAN BAD ASS DACOIT story."you can play a role on INDIAN DACOIT called 'DAAKU'  in hindi "
