Arduino Commercialization

Hello

We are a small automation company in India. We are putting Arduino Uno board with our logo etc.
We are going to name it as "SPduino". Is there any problem in it?

And i would like to know if i can use the ATMEGA chips with arduino bootloader in our products, it will be our custom designed board.
