iTunes + Arduino = problem?

Thanks for the answer; I removed ITunes, empties trashed, did a reboot, repaire permissions and re-install ITunes and it still doesn't work!! Arrrrgghhh... >:(
I should spend a day reinstalling the whole stuff!
