TLC5940 un-responsive

Hi all, i'm working on a arduino-based clock hack and I am using the TLC5940 to control some leds.

Starting small, I used just one of the constant current driver chips and a single LED. Following the datasheets, timing diagrams, and example code from the library Arduino Playground - TLC5940, I breadboarded a circuit with a single LED. My wiring was checked several times and I used my handy dandy logic analyzer to confirm that the arduino was providing correct outputs. The chip is sinking (or the schematic has it sinking) current as the chip is intended to do. Any ideas of what I may have goten wrong?

Thanks

Well you haven't given us much to go on but I bet you wire it up wrong. You might not think you have but you misunderstood something. Post a schematic so we know you had the right idea, then post a photo so we can see if you implemented it correctly.

If the chip is sinking current (meaning its output is on), I would say the TLC5940 is being very responsive.
