I want to replace the speed controll entirely using 555 (and triac + diac) based.
I tried some schematic from internet ..but got no success.
All I got is only On-Off ..no speed regulation.

Should be very easy to use an on/off switch and a VERY simple 555 circuit (most VERY simple 555 circuits don't give you 0-100% speed control, hence the on/off switch).

It's a "universal motor". It's AC and has brushes. No magnets. It could be used with DC though, typically requiring around 48V.
I don't know much about AC dimmer circuits but I can say that you have to make sure yours is tailored for an inductive load (you've got a motor -- not a lamp!). The comments on your linked page say the circuit cannot be used for an inductive load as-is.
