Any idea what this is?

It says portable boxed test equipment afv n07 mk1 army surplus

Saw it on ebay, not even the seller has not got any idea what it is:-

My guess would be a calibration rig for some optical device. Perhaps if the seller could tell you what the various labels say...

Armoured Fighting Vehicle, Night Optics?

FV432 was classified as an AFV.
Dunno if it had NVG (in modern parlance) capabilities.

Pretty sure it is one of the tools used for making parts for a black hole generator.

I think it's a part of Arduino Time Machine!

My guess is checking the size of artillery shells. Or an automatic apple peeler.

Double apple peeler.

Interocitor, for sure.

Potato peeler, not apple. Military doesn't peel apples.

Gyro-controlled antigravic marzel-vane for a turboencabulator.

Haven't seen it in over 30 years.
