My Yun is also stuck at bridg.begin not sure what the problem is,
May be IDE?
Those who have working Yun can let me know please which IDE version they are using?

Have had it working with the following
1.6.5
1.6.12
1.8.0
1.8.2
CREATE (online editor from Arduino)
Take your time and read the posts a little more as BRIDGE BEGIN is mentioned in a few places.
Also make sure you followed the WHOLE of the getting started page just for the YUN.
Took me a couple of attempts to get through it all but it was worth the effort.
