I made it. But unfortunately, I have received the reply until today.
So the dimensions are:
Board size: 2.0" x 1.8" (=50,8mm x 45,7mm)
Visible LCD Area: 1.38" x 1.1" (=35mm x 28mm)
-> I bought one
