Im fairly new to the Arduino world. I am wanting to use a Mega board with a 4.8" Resistive Touch Screen from Liquidware.
Any ideas or help with references for programming the touchscreen?

this depends a lot on the communication protocol of the touchscreen, like Serial. But once you know that its pretty straight foward.
