Has anybody used Ylmf OS (ubuntu based) to work with arduino (clone)?

What does "to work with" mean? Run the IDE?
when I say "to work with", I meant that it was successfully run, IDE has worked, you can upload sketch to the board... as in everything worked and did not have an issue.
