TP4056 issues

Hi Everyone,

I am just trying to charge my lion 18650, 2600mah battery using TP4056 protection charger module.

  1. I am using 5v 60ma solar panel.
  2. Greenlight is blinking and red light constant when I am connecting the solar without connecting the battery at the output end.
  3. red light and green light are constant when I am connecting 5v 1A adapter without connecting the battery.

My battery is not charging with the solar and I did not test with the 5v adapter whether it is charging or not.

Please help me where I am doing the mistake.

I shorted both grounds at the output end(due to the mistake in my circuit I need to short the grounds).
