Arduino 1.0.1 has AVRISPmkII support as standard...Yes, but I still had to find a USB driver for the AVRISPmkII. The one that was installed with AVR Studio wasn't recognised by the Arduino IDE. [EDIT: unless I was still on 1.0 when my AVRISP arrived...]
Oh, yeah, you need a USB driver for Windows (or Linux/Mac/whatever).
