Soldering POE board onto Arduino Ethernet

Not sure if this is the correct section for this post, but...

Does anyone have any advice for soldering the power-on-ethernet board onto an Arduino Ethernet board? I bought these 2 boards , assuming that the POE board just plugged into the main Arduino Ethernet board, but there's no socket, so it will need soldering (the place I bought it from didn't list them as a pre-constructed set). There are some very small components near the holes for the POE board - am I going to be OK soldering it in with a normal (smallish) soldering iron? Does it need to be soldered on both sides or are the holes through-plated (they look like they are)? I assume I'd insert the POE board and then solder it from the underside (because the existing components are on the top)?

Thanks!

Slip it into the holes from the top side. Flip it over and solder from the back side. A normal soldering iron will work fine, with a good quality solder.
