Suggest a Breadboard Arduino,Please!

i want a Arduino schematic which could be loaded(Bootloader/Sketch) with the parallel port programmer that i have made.for that it should have a dedicated fully compatible ICSP port in schematic compatible with following Parallel programmer's schematic:

They are all compatible with this. It is only four pins you need to connect to.

well, for example, the MDC "Really Bare Bones Board" (and variants thereof) does not include an ISP connector. if you want to connect it to a programmer, you have to stick it in a breadboard and plug in wires to the appropriate pins (not that that is so difficult...)

can i directly connect the pins on the atmega168 with that of the parallel programmer ICSP one

Look at an arduino schematic for a clue.

ICSP programmers and the process is basically designed to connect directly to the AVR chip's pins.
