Im planning on building a quadcopter using arduino and using Xbee to communicate with it now my plan was to make an Android application for my tablet to control the quadcopter is there away to connect an Xbee adapter to an Android tablet using an IOIO or any other method?

I know what the XBee is. It's the adapter you propose to use that I'm not familiar with.
