Help!! Lilypad with 6V?

Hello everyone. First of all, sorry for just asking questions lastly. I would to answer some but i´m a beginner in this world and I have less knowledge.

I have a big problem and i don´t know how to work it out. I had the intention to feed my lilypad in my project with 2 coin cell batteries ( 6V in total). But I realized that in the features of the lilypad say that It´s not recommended to feed with more that 5.5 V. And my question is, will there be a problem feeding with 6V?

My problem is that I designed the hardware taking into account the 5v of the usb of the computer provides and i don´t know if it will be enough with less voltage such as the lipo batteries provide (3.7V)

Could anyone help me?

really?
