TQFP or 32MLF package for ATmega328P?

I am making the last adjustments at my design and I had to move from PDIP (28-pin) to TQFP (32-pin) package due to the need of ADC pins. The additional pins allow the use of ADC 6 and 7.

However, I also observed in the datasheet of the MCU that the 32MLF version is also available, instead of TQFP version. The MLF has the bottom to be soldered to ground... I do not need and want to do so.

Therefore, I intend to go to the TQFP direction. Does anyone have an experience or advise to not doing so?Any comments are very appreciated.

Thanks
