any bugs with pwm outputs??

hello,
i have detected some problems in the PWM outputs 5 ans 6 of arduino diecimila.
When put down PWM with command "analogwrite(5, 0);" never go down to 0, there is a small pwm signal that is not totally 0V!! can you test it??
