I don't think so.

Netduino will not be suitable for very low-level "real time" programming AFAIK.

You'll get more informed answers if you post on the Netduino forums instead of here on the Arduino forums. The folks there will know their platform inside and out.
The only commonality between the two are the letters "duino".
It is no secret they chose the name for their project to piggyback on the popularity of Arduino.
