Netduino vs Arduino

can somebody please clarify a few things for me

does the netduino use an AVR atmel chip ?

does the multithreading mean several programs can run on the one chip

can you use arduino libraries with it ?

I don't think so.

Netduino will not be suitable for very low-level "real time" programming AFAIK.

The only commonality between the two are the letters "duino".

It is no secret they chose the name for their project to piggyback on the popularity of Arduino.
