Control 384 RGB Com. Cathode LED with an Arduino Uno/Due

Hello,
I made a 1x384 Com.Cathode RGB LED Matrix. I can't use a RGB LED Strip because I will later arrange this LEDs in cubicle shape. What chip should I use to light them up? I tought about using a TLC5940, but it hasn't got enough pins. I don't know if I should use a single chip or more.

Thanks,
Achille

P.S. Sorry for my bad english, I'm from Italy
P.P.S. Should I use Arduino UNO or DUE?

Probably.

Hi, please explain what you mean by "I made a 1x384 Com.Cathode RGB LED Matrix". I would not call it a matrix if it is only 1 led in one of the dimensions. Can you post a schematic? You don't need to show each of the 384 leds in the schematic, just enough so that we can understand.

The next questions are how bright do the leds need to be (what average current) and do you need to fade and mix many colours, or will 7 colours be enough?
