Hey, I connected the OV7670 Camera to the Teensy.

The picture seems to be extremely birght/white.

Here are the registers I configured:

  Wire.write(0x00); // preceeding empty 8bits to sync up registers
  Wire.write(0x00);

  Wire.write(0x80);
  Wire.write(0x80);
  Wire.write(0x03);
  Wire.write(0x00);
  Wire.write(0x00);
  Wire.write(0x00);
  Wire.write(0x00);
  Wire.write(0x00);
  Wire.write(0x01);
  Wire.write(0x76);
  Wire.write(0x70);
  Wire.write(0x08);
  Wire.write(0x40);
  Wire.write(0x01);
  Wire.write(0x43);
  Wire.write(0x40);
  Wire.write(0x08);

 Wire.write(0x08);
 Wire.write(0x8F); // E5 to turn the "white balance" off
 Wire.write(0x4A);
 Wire.write(0x20);

Do you have any ideas what might be the problem?

None whatsoever, but I do know that posting the same question in different parts of the forum is a potential fast-track to a forum timeout.
