when image change it goes on for 1 seconds

Hi, it is for activating an electromagnet when the image change on the camera.
what's needed execpt the electromagnet and the camera. but the camera can be on the circuit.

is there kits or should it be produced.

1v to 3v, 1amp, electromagnet.
want it to be activated as one person passes in front of the camera and change the image.

  1. a person passes
  2. the image changes on the camera
  3. the solenoid valve closes
