How can find my posts in forums? Especially when was already read by me?

Click on your avatar. Under your avatar there is a selection "Show Posts".
And next bookmark it 
Sorry; there is no such option like "Show Posts"
Click your username in above post.
In the new page that loads, underneath the space for the avatar are an envelope (possibly), your online status and three links; one of them is show posts
