You have to tell us that. The code you posted does something. You want it to do something. If those two somethings were the same thing, you wouldn't have posted. So, all we know is that the code you posted does not do what you want. But, we don't know what it does or what you want it to do.
I hope you understand that there can be a lllooonnnggg time between sending an SMS and that SMS being received. I've gotten text messages 2 days after they were sent. Your quadrotor may have crashed and burned waiting for a text message.
