Title: XBee versus WiShield for wirless comms?
Post by: GregH on Jun 17, 2010, 01:04 am
Hi,

Any advice re the pro's / con's of using XBee or WiShield for wireless comms?  Like what would be the difference from a programmers point of view having to use one or the other?  The WiShield seems more expensive, but does it make it easier for the coder perhaps to use?

Thanks

I had the scenario of inter-Arduino communications in mind Richard - I wondering whether the extra cost for a WiShield may make it easier to program?  i.e. easier for a beginner
