WiFly Shield and Seeed Relay Shield from the same Arduino?

Hi Guys
I have an Arduino Uno, WiFly Shield and Seeed Relay Shield which I'd like to use together (controlling 240VAC switching via Wi Fi).
The WiFly Shield uses pins RX, TX, Vin, Gnd, pin 10, pin 11, pin 12 and pin 13 according to what I'm reading on various tutorial sites like http://www.instructables.com/id/Twitter-Mood-Light-The-Worlds-Mood-in-a-Box/step3/Connect-the-Arduino-and-WiFly-to-a-computer/
The Seeed Relay Shield uses pins 4-7 ("D0-D3 4pins could be connected directly with Arduino pin number of 7-4, so that four relays could be easily controlled by the Arduino." from the Seeed wiki at http://seeedstudio.com/wiki/index.php?title=Relay_Shield)
Does this mean all three units with be interoperable?
Would you recommend stacking the WiFly Shield or the Relay Shield on the Arduino? The Seeed board doesnt appear to use the Power and Analog sets of pins, it has a separate 9v power socket and seems to only use some of the Digital I/O pins.
Could I then interface with the remaining shield via a breakout board?
I'm new to this and don't want to blow anything up

Cheers
