I need programming to control multiple LEDs with Arduino Uno from the PC and through Bluetooth to a smartphone .. Can anyone help ? I am new at this.

u can use the HC 05 and 06 module BT communication its ez to use and its very cheap.

Now with the communication with a smartphone if u use android in the market u can find a lot of apps like u can use, by an example App Android (BlueTerm, ArduDroid, Bluetooth Serial Control, JoyBT Commander etc…) You only need to search more and u can find like u need.
