I want to design a control circuit in order to increase the speed of the Induction motor linearly with precision?
What is the simplest solution?
1) Phase control through triac
2) PWM

Can you post details/spec of you induction motor please.
Some have start and run capacitors, others just run caps.

How precise?

I hope when you say "increase" the speed, you mean control the speed, not make it run faster than what it is designed for?

Very hard to do.
A VFD variable frequency drive might work, but depends on the speed range and the load on the motor.
Much better to use a 3 phase motor.
