I've got this mp3 player (photo attached) and I want to find a way to keep it constantly powered and not using batteries. Is there a way of doing that ?

That's a pretty general question and a pretty useless picture. No model #s, no brand, nothing.
Disconnect the battery. Determine the battery's voltage, apply power using an appropriate external adapter.
