on the Personal Messages system it is not possible read the sended pm.
I think it is important have a database of my sended message.
In the upper-left corner of the webpage, click Profile. The link below may work...
On the far right side, about in the middle, click Personal Message Options. The link below may work...
Ensure Save a copy of each Personal Message in my outbox by default. is checked.
Click Change profile.
Voilà. Sent messages saved to your Outbox.

i think it is good set this by default on forum global configuration
