Bluetooth shield with MFI support?

Hey, guys!

I'm looking for Bluetooth shield with MFI support for iOS ( as cheap as possible  ). Does anyone know any?

I've found Adafruit nRF8001 shield and it supports SPP ( unexpectedly because BLE does not support SPP ) but it's custom service written in BLE firmware and only SPI is available. In brief, it's like UART but not UART (no Rx/Tx pins on bluetooth shield to wire to Arduino Rx/Tx pins directly) so it would not work for sketch uploading most likely.

I would buy Bluetooth 2.1 arduino shield with MFi support to be discoverable from iOS devices (with SPP support).

I've just found SparkFun board with RN-41 chip. RN says their chips can be used in MFi-complient devices (RN has RN41-APL firmware for but only MFI-certified companies can purchase and use it) so it seems that that board is not MFI-complient.

Are there any MFI-certified products with RN-41/RN-42 chips?
