Post the schematic you want - will take one of us maybe all of 15 minutes to adapt one of the designs from the hardware page into something you can send off to iteadstudios.com and get 10 PCBs back for $10 or $25 depending on the size.
Other option is download eagle from cadsoft.de (cadsoftusa.com?) and spend some time at sparkfun.com going thru the eagle tutorial there.
