Hi,

It would be appreciated if you could help me solve this issue. I know many who has came across this issue, but, I don't know how to solve this. Please help me!

I'm using Arduino IDE 1.8.5 on Windows 8.

Often this sort of error is caused by your antivirus software. Try TEMPORARILY disabling your antivirus for a single compilation to see if that makes the problem go away. If so, you will need to adjust your antivirus settings to whitelist the offending process, folder, or file
