Wiring Arduino and Duinotech 16 x 32 LED Matrix with Jumper Cables

Hi guys,

I've purchased my first arduino and some bits yesterday and I'm already struggling. I need to connect the Arduino to the LED Matrix using jumper cables, and I can't seem to find anything to work out which bits to connect to which.

I don't have a DMD Connection Board, simply because Jaycar didn't have any, so they sold me the jumper cables to manually connect it.

I had one set up going from a tutorial but that didn't actually work, largely because of the back of the panel doesn't appear to match the schematic I was using (http://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0045/8932/files/DMDCON_DMDConnector.pdf?100730)
