4 relay homemade pcb

hellow,
i want to create a 4 realy pcd with 3 pins screw terminals. i want to have a separate power supply from arduino, and maybe i will also put some leds on it. Even thow i have done this in my breadboard, i dont know how to start to make a pcb with this and how is the best way to put them in a pcb. Are any already done desings for this thing?

thanks in advance

Try searching Google for 'Arduino relay shield'. I found this one and there are probably a lot more. http://www.robotshop.com/seeedstudio-arduino-relay-shield.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=base&utm_campaign=jos

Don

If you can't find one that does what you want, then you can create a schematic and breadboard using software such as www.expresspcb.com or eagle from www.cadsoft.de/info.htm

thanks.

I just want to try make it myself...

Hi,

I think you will learn some new stuff by doing it yourself. Look at the examples given above ..

Take a look at this one, which also has the schematic diagram: http://arduino-direct.com/sunshop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=155

You might decide to use optical isolation like in this one: http://arduino-direct.com/sunshop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=156

Get some prototype / perforated board and built the first one that way. Later design a PCB if you want. Get your design working first..

More about relays and power here: http://arduino-info.wikispaces.com/ArduinoPower

PM me if you want just the relays themselves, pretty cheap... I am thinking of stocking some..

hi,

You managed to accomplish diagram, wiring and installation practice?

I redesigned schematic from http://arduino-direct.com/sunshop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=155 using EAGLE software:

Hi, Nice example of the process of designing a board...
