I have a clients project to realise over the next month or so involving a product using a timed sequence of movement from 4 motors and LED control. The aforementioned sequence of movement needs to be precise and elegant, must work in one sequence when turned on with the sequence reversed when turned off. The client is looking to pay someone who likes the idea of a challenging project working in collaboration with designers and fabricator and can make this happen within a reasonable time frame. When what is turned on or off?

The designer wants the product to be turned on and off via a touch capacitance switch. The product will be run from a UK mains power supply.
Switched on - sequence of movement begins ending with LEDs getting brighter. Everything remains in position with LEDs on until switched off when the sequence reverses.
