First off if this is in the wrong section and I apologize and if a mod sees this and needs to move it or take it down do so.
I'm running a 15inch mac book (late 2011) w/ Yosemite 10.10.2
Ok now on to the issue at hand, I recently won a Davinci 1.0 3D printer and wanted to use the repetier firmware/program to do my designs. I have followed these instructions step by step (GitHub - luc-github/Repetier-Firmware-4-Davinci: Repetier-Firmware-0.92 based for DaVinci printer (Beta - so far so good)) and I've gotten to the part where I have to upload it to the printer through USB connection. When I go to the port and select the correct one all I see are 4 different options such as .bluetooth. I've followed other issues where they've stated to download some type of drivers which I have, and then run some script in the terminal and restart but nothing seems to work. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but at this point I'm lost and I have a 3D printer that does nothing because I already shorted it to flash.
