Radio Frequency Interface Projects Books or Tutorials?

I wanted to get started in some RF projects and was looking for some projects with sketches, parts lists, and diagrams to get started. The Yury Magda books "Radio Frequency Communications in Arduino Projects" ( http://www.amazon.com/Frequency-Communications-Arduino-Projects-ebook/dp/B009T6V172 ) and "Arduino Interfacing and Signal Processing" ( http://www.amazon.com/Arduino-Interfacing-Signal-Processing-ebook/dp/B008KYKPT4/ref=pd_sim_kstore_1 ) were exactly what I was seeking. Unfortunately, they are Kindle only. Does anyone know of any good books or tutorials to get started (or where to purchase non-Kindle versions of the Magda books)? Thanks.

In the bar at the top is a "Playground" section.
This is about wireless communication: Arduino Playground - HomePage

Thank you. Those will be very helpful.

You can get a Kindle reader app free for your Mac or PC you know.

Thanks. I try to stay away from DRMed books.
