i have 5 of these displays at my garage and i found some specs from internet and im wondering does this display need too many pins to work with arduino uno or is it easyer to make serial converter to it?
For that money and a spec sheet only for the panel and nothing on the Obvious controller board "Stuck" to the back? of the display, it's apparently a color board and capable of color? (there was one mention of available color as a word in the whole document but no printed specifications about color capabilities) and whether it has a programmed graphic font set and it's capabilities But on the other hand If the capabilities of the screen and the obvious controller and 102 X 132 mm is 4 X 5 inches, the real downside is the granularity of the display VS the size of the display figure 80 mm of viewing area and 240 pixels max means .3mm industrial grade graphics compared to the 320 X 240 displays available now. For example the 4D Systems 32PT SGC which is unreal as to capabilities... Totally, can be programmed to be a stand alone terminal in the GFX mode and the two modes are user programmable with a propitiatory cable, there is a sort of backplane board that gives access to the serial ports a 16 bit digital I/O individually as well as an 8 bit data port with flow control... and it is serially programmed in either display mode also has a mini SD card port that can store data for graphics or instruction... 3.2" X 2.8 or 2.8/71mm X 2"/50 mm viewing area, oh yeah I forgot... touch too resistive but still touch. The other display is bigger but I think somewhat over priced unless you were getting 3 or 4 displays for the price... because the 32PT SGC device sells for $80 - $85 US and the close equivalent 4D device has more capabilities 4.3 in and sells for $140 - $150. I am somewhat prejudiced though as I own two of them and haven't seen anything else with it's capacity/capabilities. I think about 10 lines of code and a bunch of pictures on the SD card one could have a nice viewer... But it really shines in it's graphics capabilities... Gaaah this is NOT an ad for 4D... I got carried away however my evaluation of the presented materials is accuraate... IMO

The answer to this question is No. It looks like the display needs 14 of its 20 pins connected to the host microcontroller and the Uno has 19 I/O pins. Writing a program to deal with the LCD controller is another story entirely, not to mention memory constraints, etc.
