Convert Altium/PROTEL ddb or ISIS files to EagleCAD/PDF/TIFF

I'm hoping someone reading this has a version of Altium/PROTEL and can convert a couple of ddb files to EagleCAD (or save them as ACCEL-ASCII so I can convert) or print them out to PDF or TIFF so I can at least view them.

I tried attaching the files to this post but it failed so I have uploaded to here in the hope someone can help me.
