I have debugging working with the Zero and Atmel Studio based on a video I found online. Works well (though rather slow). Will Arduino.cc be posting a video or tutorial on this anytime soon. I know that they plan at some point to have the IDE perform the debugging but I have to believe that is far down the line (unless I am mistaken).
