avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0002

Hello

Items: Arduino Starter Kit (Arduino UNO R3), bought from reseller, not ebay
OS: Win 10
Using Arduino for 2 weeks, doing tutorials, worked fine.

But yesterday started getting error, when uploading any code:

Sketch uses 1,030 bytes (3%) of program storage space. Maximum is 32,256 bytes.
Global variables use 9 bytes (0%) of dynamic memory, leaving 2,039 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2,048 bytes.

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0002
         0x5e != 0x5c
avrdude: verification error; content mismatch

Tried different OS's, computers etc, same error everywhere.

I Googled what may be the problem and found that maybe Arduino bootloader is broken.

What should I do now, seems like I can't fix it at home with starter kit items?
Can reseller replace it?
Or should I get more stuff (another arduino, avr-usb programmer etc)?

Thanks for suggestions!

Try reburning your bootloader.
