Is anyone manufacturing the Arduino Single-Sided Serial Board (version 3)?

Greetings,

I own an Arduino UNO R3, and I think it would be cool to build one that uses a ZIF socket for the 328. The Arduino Single-Sided Serial Board seems ideal for the task.

However, I don't have the skills or the tools to etch my own board, so I was wondering if anyone out there was manufacturing boards for others like myself to purchase.
