I have a problem with programmable connection this wifi shield with Arduino UNO. Hardware connection is as on the image bellow.

I download arduino boards such as ESP8266

when I try anything upload into this board I can't my errors are:
warning: espcomm_sync failed
error: espcomm_open failed
error: espcomm_upload_mem failed
error: espcomm_upload_mem failed
I don't know why , please help me
