The camera link only contains one useful link - how to connect the camera to the Arduino. It does not contain a link to any information about how to get that camera to take a picture or how to get the camera to send the picture to the Arduino. You (or someone) will need to find that information.
Once you can get the data from the camera, sending it to a server, via the ethernet shield is pretty simple. Sssssllllllooooowwwww, but simple.

The best might not be the lowest.
when i bought the camera it came with a pdf file containing the codes to use it. but i cant understand each of it.
