I've never seen this error before. I am using a new computer and new arduino uno. What is it.
It is even happening with blink.
There is a snip attachment. but the error says
avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp+0x00
Have you selected the correct board and microprocessor from the IDE menu? Did you select the correct COM port?
Make sure there's no loose wires in the TX0/RX0 pins.
