Can I move the servo using sms? if it can, how? using gsm shield? I need advice and answers from you guys.

Yes you will need the GSM shield, you just need to have the code read the message and then interpret as a command based on your needs.
Of course it reads easy to do not so easy to pull it off in one try, first you will need to define the GSM module you will use, then work around its libraries, so far I have only work with the ICOMSAT 1.1 from Itead studio and it took a bit to learn how to use it but once you do is not that hard to go further and fix it to your needs.
